We strive to accurately display our products, descriptions, and pricing. Because our candles are handcrafted, slight variations in color, appearance, and fragrance may occur.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

  • Payment is required at the time of purchase.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

4. Shipping

  • Processing times are estimated and may vary.

  • Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned.

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

  • Approved replacements or refunds will be issued at our discretion.

6. Candle Safety Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for following all candle safety instructions provided with their purchase.

The Salty Dog Candle Company is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper candle use, including:

  • Burning candles unattended

  • Failure to trim wicks

  • Burning candles near flammable materials

  • Failure to follow candle care instructions

Always burn candles within sight and keep away from children and pets.

7. Donations

The Salty Dog Candle Company donates $2 from each candle sold to the featured Rescue of the Quarter.

Donation amounts are based on completed sales and do not include canceled or refunded orders.

All content on this website, including logos, images, product names, descriptions, and designs, is the property of The Salty Dog Candle Company and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
