Pricing

3 oz candles are available at a wholesale price of $7.50 per candle, with a suggested retail price of $15.00.

8.5 oz candles are available at a wholesale prcie of $20.00 per candle, with a suggested retail price of $35.00.

Wholesale pricing may vary for custom products, specialty packaging, larger candle sizes, or other special requests.

Giving Back

$1 from every wholesale candle sold is donated to an animal rescue. Giving back is at the heart of The Salty Dog Candle Company, and every wholesale partnership helps us continue supporting animals in need.

Minimum Orders

Opening Order Minimum: 1 case (12 candles)

Reorder Minimum: 1 case (12 candles)

Minimum quantities may apply to custom scents, custom labels, and co-branded candles.

Processing Time

Standard wholesale orders are typically processed within 10–14 business days.

Custom scents, labels, or larger orders may require 2–3 weeks. Processing times begin once the order details, artwork (if applicable), and payment have been finalized.

Payment

Payment is required prior to production. An invoice will be sent to your email.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the wholesale customer.

Local pickup or delivery may be available for qualifying Tampa Bay-area orders.

Custom Orders

Custom scents, labels, logos, and co-branded products may be available upon request. Additional fees and/or minimum quantities may apply depending on the customization requested.

All custom artwork and candle details must be approved before production begins.

Cancellations & Changes

Because our candles are hand-poured in small batches, order changes or cancellations should be requested as soon as possible.

Once production has begun, custom orders may not be canceled or refunded.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Any damaged, missing, or incorrect products should be reported within 3 business days of delivery, along with photos of damaged items and packaging when applicable.

Returns

Wholesale orders are considered final sale unless products arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
