Custom Labels at No Charge, Co-Branded Candles on Request
Your logo, your name, or your event on the label, included in the wholesale price. Custom scents, private labeling, and co-branded candles are available on request and may carry an added fee or minimum depending on the request, and artwork gets approved before anything is poured. Opening order minimum is one case (12 candles). Pricing may vary for custom products, specialty packaging, or larger sizes, and minimums may apply to custom scents, labels, and co-branded candles. The full wholesale terms have every detail.
Lead Time, Shipping, and Payment
Lead Time
Standard wholesale orders are poured within 10 to 14 business days. Custom scents, labels, or larger orders take 2 to 3 weeks, and the clock starts once order details, artwork, and payment are finalized.
Payment and Shipping
Payment is due before production by emailed invoice. Shipping is added by weight and size and paid by you, or choose local pickup or delivery if you’re in the Tampa Bay area.
When It Arrives
Please look everything over when it arrives: damaged, missing, or incorrect items need to be reported within 3 business days with photos, and wholesale orders are final sale otherwise.
